A trader to begin with, Laytai had your average life style. She had at least half a dozen brothers and sisters, along with two loving parents. She was by far the baby of the family, and seemed to be smothered the most. At first, Laytai was able to live with that. She did not mind extra attention as a child. She loved to have people around her and show off whenever she could. (She was quite the ham during her young age) Yet every year she grew older, her siblings seemed to become more and more protective of their little sister. Soon, Laytai could not even sneeze without her oldest brother, Adiam (NPC), coming to make sure she was alright. So one day, while pulling one of the beasts that pulled about the trader family's wagon, she declared that it was time for her to be off on her own! Her parents tried to stop her, her brothers and sisters begged that she let one of them accompany her on her trip, but no! Laytai needed to go off and see the world on her own, even if it was just for a little while. So one early morning, the sun just rising over the horizon, Laytai kissed her family good bye and went off on her way, not knowing what she would find.
